Monday Club

Monday Club

The Monday Club is for young adults with autism or learning disabilities. The club’s activities include music, art/craft, games, sports, dance, cooking, shopping, video and going out. All our sessions are run by experienced co-ordinators or creative therapists. Through these activities we hope to encourage:

– being able to join in (there is 1:1 support for all participants)
– having fun
– learning new skills (practical and social)
– creativity
– positive attitudes
– friendship

Age group?
16 to 21

Where?
Haringey Irish Centre, Pretoria Road, N17 8DX

When?

6.30pm – 9.00pm, once a fortnight during term time. Every other session will be an outing and these will run from 6.30pm – 9.30pm

Transport?
We cannot provide transport to the club venue, but will provide transport on outings from and back to the club.

What does it cost?
12.50 per hour.
