Over the years we’ve had hundreds of people signing up to our sporting and challenge events. Along the way we’ve picked up quite a few training essentials and because we want you to be as confident as possible about your event here are a few handy tips!

For all sporting and challenge events it’s good to be generally healthy so that when you start training it isn’t too much of a shock to the system! Obviously each individual event requires a different approach and amount of training so our guide is just nudge in the right direction. We have also put together a list of helpful links which will give you more detailed information.

Just remember you don’t have to win your event for us to be impressed. Raising money for Kith & Kids is a victory in itself!
