So, you’ve signed up to the event (or about to!), have got all your gear and have even started training. Now you remember why you are doing all of this anyway – to raise money for Kith & Kids! We’ve been involved with plenty of events over the years and so have a few pearls of wisdom to pass on…

- Start Early! It’s a proven fact, the earlier you start, the more money you will raise. As soon as you sign up get started!
- Break down your target. Once you get it down to more maneagable amounts it’ll be a lot easier to reach.
- Be proactive! Sending around sponsorship requests is always a great start but you need to take it further. Plan events
- Fundraise online. The internet is a great way to get lots of people to donate. Click here to find out more!
- SHOUT ABOUT IT! Be proud of what you are doing and don’t be shy to tell everyone you know. Most people will be happy to donate, and even help organise events, they just need to be politely reminded!
